Yuri, also known as "Girl's Love," is a genre and theme of Manga and Anime involving love between women. The term "yuri" directly relates to the flower called "lily" in English and can be a theme or pun in various works as well as a person's name. Yuri can focus either on the sexual, the spiritual, or the emotional aspects of the relationship, the latter two sometimes being called Shojo-Ai.
